OUR MISSION
Our mission is to build trust in law enforcement through the automated analysis of police civilian interactions.

WHAT IS TRULEO?
Truleo is an advanced natural language processing (NLP) platform that automates the review and analysis of body worn cameras (BWC). This enables law enforcement agencies and local governments to gather actionable insights from the thousands of daily interactions captured on BWC. Truleo examines these interactions across proprietary models built by the top 1% of law enforcement, ultimately helping agencies mitigate risk and reduce storage budgets.

OUR HISTORY

Truleo was co-founded by Anthony Tassone and Tejas Shastry, two former Wall Street executives who for over 7 years pioneered the use of NLP in analyzing employee phone calls and text conversations. The world’s largest investment banks, such as Bank of America, Citi, Jefferies, and RBC, derive quality of service metrics for their sales teams to find areas for increased performance.
In 2018, Motorola Solutions began to use Anthony and Tejas’s platform to analyze 911 calls and police radio traffic, ultimately replacing Microsoft as their transcription and NLP provider. After 3 years of interacting with law enforcement, Anthony and Tejas were convinced they could make a bigger difference helping police and decided to sell their Wall Street company in order to start Truleo, a company solely dedicated to law enforcement.
